Why use a Red “Do Not Touch” dog bandana?

Dogs may need to be left alone for many different reasons. A dog wearing red may be nervous, uncomfortable with physical contact, recovering from an injury, easily overwhelmed, reactive, or simply not comfortable being approached.

A dog does not have to look aggressive to need a “Do Not Touch” message.
