Shipping Information

All orders placed online with Billabone are delivered by The Courier Guy.

Currently we only deliver within South African borders.

What is the cost of shipping?

Orders with a value of less than R1000 will have a courier charge of R90. Orders over the value of R1000 will be shipped free.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery time, 2 - 10 working days. Personalized order may take longer, 2 - 21 working days.

What addresses do you ship to?

We only ship orders to physical addresses (No postal box). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. You will be notified via email once your order is on it's way.

Can I order online and collect in store?

This is currently not a functional option as we do not have a physical store.

How do I return an incorrect or faulty product?

If you have received the incorrect order or item in your order, we will gladly exchange the product for you. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the incorrect order so that we may process the exchange. Products must be in original condition and packaging (All labels attached and unworn).  Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
